As a Chemist to be ~

Seperti tajuk di atas!!haha...I'm a chemist to be, so spjg cuti sebulan nie ak bakal mengabdikan diri di Lab terchenta!!yes..ak sygggggg gileer kat lab nie...

so, today ak akn cerita kat korg pasal final year projek ak...projek ak nie methodology senang je...ko timbang masuk dlm turbular furnace, setting2, then tunggu....dpt product, extract, masik dlm botol, pi hantar GC-MS...settle...senang kn dgr?? tp hakikat nya...benda kat sebalik tue yg paling penting...ko kena faham apa tujuan pyrolysis nie..

according to the journal that i have read through " pyrolysis is a process of thermal degradation of organic compound in the absence of oxygen or air to produce various gaseous components. The product of pyrolysis now known as bio-oil can be used as fuel or for the production of chemicals and other 'bio-based' product."

so, ak nie dlm erti kata lain produce fuel..raw material ak chicken fats...chicken fats nie Alhamdullillah senang je nk dpt...ak pi pasar bayan baru (sebelah sunshine tue..) jumpa org jual ayam, then dia bagi free je...pakcik tue siap ckp lg "kalo nk meh la dtg amik lg..." kamsahamida ahjussi!!

yg tong besar tue adlah Nitrogen gas,
sebelah tue machine pyrolysis tersyg
machine pyrolysis tue tem : 500 degree

then, yg ada ais tue utk trap 1 and trap 2..
benda ni mmg kena letak dlm ais kalo x nnt x akan dpt product

yg trap 3 x yah ais cuma kena ada NaCl atau bahasa mudah adalah garam.
fungsi garam nie utk trap product gas...

ok, after that ak akn extract product ak nie guna Dichloromethane (DCM)...then, ak tinggal 1 mlm smpi semua solvent@dichloromethane evaporate, esok nye timbang hasil...then larut kan lg dlm DCM antr g GC-MS. So, doakn kejayaan ak ye....

p/s : ak duk kat lab ditemani 2pm + 2am = I AM HOTTEST!!
